How much does it cost?
MoveCenterRebate doesn’t charge you anything. Instead, we introduce you suppliers offering exclusive discounts. Where allowed by law, we will pay you a cash rebate for using a participating network Real Estate Agent to sell and/or buy your home.
If I sell and buy using your network, will I receive two rebates?
Absolutely! As long as the states where you are selling and buying allow rebates, yes.
Is there a cap on how much my rebate will be?
No. Use the sliding scale calculator to see how much you can expect to receive for homes that sell for up to $2M.
How will I know if I’m getting a cash rebate or other incentive?
In most states you will receive a cash rebate within one week of closing. However, nine states have enacted laws that ban rebates: Alabama, Alaska, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee. In addition, Iowa prohibits rebates when the consumers use the services of two or more real estate brokers during a transaction. No matter where you live, you are still eligible to receive real estate services.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch. Our company has been in the employee relocation industry for over 50 years. Our contracts with our vendors typically include volume based discounts which we are pleased to offer you.

Yes just have them include your name as a reference on the form. We are offering a $25 referral when you refer a friend.
